Modesto Gospel Mission's 'Kicks 4 Kids' Back-to-School Drive Needs Your Help!

The Modesto Gospel Mission is gearing up for their annual "Kicks 4 Kids" back to school event, and they need your help! The event is aimed at helping underserved youth in the community start the school year off on the right foot by providing them with brand new shoes and backpacks.

The "Kicks 4 Kids" event is just one of the ways they are working to support the underserved youth in the area. The event is set to take place July 26th, and the Modesto Gospel Mission is currently accepting donations of shoes, backpacks, and school supplies to ensure that every child in attendance will receive the supplies they need. They are asking for new shoes in a variety of sizes, as well as backpacks and supplies that are appropriate for children in elementary, middle, and high school. This year's "Kicks 4 Kids" event is especially important as many families are still recovering from the financial impact of the pandemic. With the rising costs of back-to-school supplies, many families simply cannot afford to purchase these essentials for their children.
